Dry cabinets with compulsory ventilation, or convection, produced by DIAL company are used in various industries where it is needed to realize the technological process with temperature maintenance from +5 °C above ambient to + 250 ° C.

Cabinets are designed to perform heat treatment: material testing, aging of computer chips, complex experiments, drying or tempering electronic components. Dry cabinet consists of a welded frame, on which a process chamber (heating chamber), a door (one or two), the insulating material and the outer skin are mounted. The process chamber is made of stainless steel. To equalize the temperature gradient (even heat distribution) there is a convection system that provides uniform heating of the entire volume of the working chamber. Door design ensures reliable insulation of heating chamber, minimizing the temperature loss. As insulating material there used plates from stone cotton wool on the basis of rocks of basalt group which provide reliable protection of covering against overheat and loss of temperature.

High performance is achieved by the usage of fine European and Russian components at a reasonable price. The cabinet panel can be: - Russian-manufactured sheet metal panels, the thickness are 1 mm, covered with foreign-manufactured powdered paint, which guaranties endurance; - Chemically-resistant stainless steel panels AISI 321 (analogy 12X18H10T), which are durable and good for using them in industries with corrosion environment; - Linen-like sheet metal panels, which provide aesthetic appeal and easy-to-clean feature. The price depends on the type of cabinet panel and version.

If requested by the customer back cabinet panel can be made of galvanized steel, thickness 1, 5 mm.

For reducing the panel temperature side-vents are made.

The case of the oven is made of shaped-tube. It ensures high strength and gives an opportunity of hot treatment of heavy components.

The heat insulator is made of Russian-manufactured top-quality, eco, non-toxical, fireproof mineral basaltic material. The usage of such material provides safe temperature of cabinet panel with the minimum heat insulator thickness.

The dry oven chamber is made of stainless steel AISI 430 or AISI 321 (by order), that gives a lot of advantages:
- Easy-to-clean an inside of the chamber;
- Reducing the thermal conductivity and the downsizing of an oven by means of thick heat insulator.

The heating is performed by Russian-manufactured tube heaters. There is a temperature sensor for temperature control and oven managing in the heating chamber. Temperature regularity in the chamber is achieved by the means of the uniform spacing of the heaters. If necessary a convector air-blast can be mounted. That will guarantee equal temperature distribution in the chamber.

Standard drying oven has a vent pipe with slide gate; diameter depends on customers willing.

Drying oven has a swing door with secure hook. There is a silicon strip on the door line to prevent hot air emission from the heating chamber. There is electric equipment and PID controller in the control box. Temperature sensor reading and preset temperature are on the display. If requested by the customer back cabinet panel can be made of galvanized steel, thickness 1, 5 mm.

For reducing the panel temperature side-vents are made.

The case of the oven is made of shaped-tube. It ensures high strength and gives an opportunity of hot treatment of heavy components.

The heat insulator is made of Russian-manufactured top-quality, eco, non-toxical, fireproof mineral basaltic material. The usage of such material provides safe temperature of cabinet panel with the minimum heat insulator thickness.

The dry oven chamber is made of stainless steel AISI 430 or AISI 321 (by order), that gives a lot of advantages:

- Reducing the thermal conductivity and the downsizing of an oven by means of thick heat insulator.

The heating is performed by Russian-manufactured tube heaters. There is a temperature sensor for temperature control and oven managing in the heating chamber. Standard drying oven has a vent pipe with slide gate; diameter depends on customers willing.

Cabinets are designed to perform heat treatment: material testing, aging of computer chips, complex experiments, drying or tempering electronic components. Dry cabinet consists of a welded frame, on which a process chamber (heating chamber), a door (one or two), the insulating material and the outer skin are mounted. The process chamber is made of stainless steel. To equalize the temperature gradient (even heat distribution) there is a convection system that provides uniform heating of the entire volume of the working chamber. Door design ensures reliable insulation of heating chamber, minimizing the temperature loss. As insulating material there used plates from stone cotton wool on the basis of rocks of basalt group which provide reliable protection of covering against overheat and loss of temperature.
