The stencil tensioning mechanism is pneumatic. This method provides the best uniform tension of the stencil from 4 sides. Good tension in plane will allow imposing evenly without distortions the stencil on the PCB. It will provide uniform distribution of soldering paste on all apertures and no pattern stencil apertures offset from the contact pads of the PCB.

Pneumatic stencil tension frame is designed for the application of solder paste on printed circuit boards.

The stencil tensioning mechanism is pneumatic. This method provides the best uniform tension of the stencil from 4 sides. Good tension in plane will allow imposing evenly without distortions the stencil on the PCB. It will provide uniform distribution of soldering paste on all apertures and no pattern stencil apertures offset from the contact pads of the PCB.
