This automatic system is intended for PCBs extraction from a special magazines and their loading on the following conveyor of the line. The loader is equipped with automatic magazine changing system.

The table of the B023-3L-709 is equipped with an automatic pusher for PCBs extraction from slots of magazine. Magazine’s moving up/down is carried out by means of the lift mechanism. The empty magazine automatically moves on the top platform, from where is removed by the operator. The filled magazine is setup by the operator manually on the lower platform. The position of a pusher and width of PCB support are adjusted in the required position also manually (optionally possibly the equipment of the loader by electric drives for automation of these operations). Speed of PCB extraction is set by the operator via software. PCB transferring to the following device executed according to SMEMA interface signals.

PCB loaders. They are used to load the PCB’s into the production line by picking them from standard magazine racks for following surface-mounting. Magazine racks are changed automatically.

The PCB are loaded from the table and automatically pushed from the magazine racks. A lifter platform with magazine racks goes up and down and as soon as it’s empty, the rack will be pulled back on the upper platform so it can be removed from the equipment and reloaded again.

A manually reloaded magazine rack is set onto the lower platform. The width of grippers and the position of pusher is adjusted manually (one can only control it automatically). The charging rate can be controlled with the help of software of the interface SMEMA.

PCB unloaders. They are used to unload the PCB’s out of the production line by pushing them into standard magazine racks. A controlled extractor unloads and pushes PCBs into the magazine rack with fixing of limit position, which is on the lifted platform. Motion control of lifting machine is carried out by the stepping motor with a step according to the PCB-magazine cells’ position. The unloading process can be random. This equipment is for working with 3 PCB-magazine racks. Loading and unloading of magazine racks is carried out manually by a machine-man.

MOTION CONTROL OF LIFTING MACHINE IS CARRIED OUT BY THE STEPPING MOTOR WITH A STEP ACCORDING TO THE PCB-MAGAZINE CELLS’ POSITION. THE UNLOADING PROCESS CAN BE RANDOM. THIS EQUIPMENT IS FOR WORKING WITH 3 PCB-MAGAZINE RACKS. LOADING AND UNLOADING OF MAGAZINE RACKS IS CARRIED OUT MANUALLY BY A MACHINE-MAN. CONVEYOR SYSTEMS. This automatic system is intended for PCBs extraction from a special magazines and their loading on the following conveyor of the line. The loader is equipped with automatic magazine changing system.

The table of the B023-3L-709 is equipped with an automatic pusher for PCBs extraction from slots of magazine. Magazine’s moving up/down is carried out by means of the lift mechanism. The empty magazine automatically moves on the top platform, from where is removed by the operator. The filled magazine is setup by the operator manually on the lower platform. The position of a pusher and width of PCB support are adjusted in the required position also manually (optionally possibly the equipment of the loader by electric drives for automation of these operations). Speed of PCB extraction is set by the operator via software. PCB transferring to the following device executed according to SMEMA interface signals.

The user interface is based on modern technologies with using of the touchscreen monitor (dragging, scrolling, etc.);

There is a built-in touch full alphanumeric keyboard, and also the separate digital keyboard for a direct input of digital values; it completely excludes the need of using the ordinary keyboard and a mouse;

The program is based on uniform working field where all necessary information and all necessary control elements is displayed at the same time; it minimizes need of switching between various screens for obtaining information and control the functions, what make operator’s work quicker and more convenient;
All control elements are animated as graphic blocks where all parameters are logically grouped;
In the screen central part the control system of the loader is located. By "dragging" it is possible to load or unload the next magazine, to adjust a pusher position, to see quantity of the passed slots, the initial slot, etc.
In the top part there is an animated system of the complete line monitoring, where PCB passing through the line is displayed; in the same window operator has possibility to adjust width of all line conveyors;
width of the line and a pusher position can be saved under any name.
