Automatic PCB loader in a line is specially designed for the extraction of PCBs from specialized magazines (stores) and downloading them in a line of surface-mount.

The design of the automatic PCB loader consists of a table with a lifting mechanism and a telescopic pusher. PCBs are in turn are pushed through the cassette and transmitted immediately to the next machine. The telescopic pusher pushes out the PCB through the whole magazine to the conveyor of the following machine in the line. Then the pusher goes out of the magazine, the lifting mechanism automatically moves the magazine upwards while slots of the magazine are empty. Empty magazine is removed from the table by the operator. Filled magazine is set on the table by the operator manually and is set with clamps.

For the operation of the automatic PCB loader it is not required to carry out the supply and connection of the compressed air source.

The pusher has the ability to be installed in two fixed positions relative to the width of the board. The first position is designed to work with PCBs up to 300mm in width, and the second - for wider PCBs. Shift of the pusher is carried out by the operator manually.

Automatic PCB loader in a line is specially designed for the extraction of PCBs from specialized magazines (stores) and downloading them in a line of surface-mount.

The design of the automatic PCB loader consists of a table with a lifting mechanism and a telescopic pusher. PCBs are in turn are pushed through the cassette and transmitted immediately to the next machine. The telescopic pusher pushes out the PCB through the whole magazine to the conveyor of the following machine in the line. Then the pusher goes out of the magazine, the lifting mechanism automatically moves the magazine upwards while slots of the magazine are empty. Empty magazine is removed from the table by the operator. Filled magazine is set on the table by the operator manually and is set with clamps.

For the operation of the automatic PCB loader it is not required to carry out the supply and connection of the compressed air source.

The pusher has the ability to be installed in two fixed positions relative to the width of the board. The first position is designed to work with PCBs up to 300mm in width, and the second - for wider PCBs. Shift of the pusher is carried out by the operator manually.

A specialized program interface on the basis of a microcomputer with the touch screen has been designed for the automatic loader.

At turning on of the loader the interface is started automatically and after a while becomes ready to work.

Features of the program interface:

- Through the use of a microcomputer with a touch screen, when working with the software interface, you can use touch, drag, scroll etc.
- In the program interface the full alphanumeric keyboard, and also simple digital keyboard for input of digital data is realized.

- The software interface has two main screens. The first "Basic" screen allows you to observe the process of initializing the loader mechanisms, to familiarize with the instruction manual, go to the setup menu and move the loader to the operating mode.
- The second "main" screen provides direct control of the loader.
