The connecting conveyor is operated as the buffer module in product technological lines and used for transfer of printed circuit boards from one device which is composed of SMD production line to another.

The conveyor consists of the case on which the table with transport cheeks and necessary sensors are installed. Width of the conveyor is set by the operator and is established by means of the mechanical drive.

Speed of PCB movement along the conveyor is set at manufacturer in preliminary coordination with the client.

PCB movement is carried out by means of the SMEMA interface. The connecting conveyor is equipped with the advanced programmable microcontroller. The software will automatically recognize various abnormal situations, including manual removal of PCB from the conveyor and placement of PCB on the conveyor. This feature provides an opportunity to remove payments for control and so forth without violation of logic of work of the line or its stop.

The connecting conveyor is operated as the buffer module in product technological lines and used for transfer of printed circuit boards from one device which is composed of SMD production line to another.

The conveyor consists of the case on which the table with transport cheeks and necessary sensors are installed. Width of the conveyor is set by the operator and is established by means of the mechanical drive.

Speed of PCB movement along the conveyor is set at manufacturer in preliminary coordination with the client.

PCB movement is carried out by means of the SMEMA interface. The connecting conveyor is equipped with the advanced programmable microcontroller. The software will automatically recognize various abnormal situations, including manual removal of PCB from the conveyor and placement of PCB on the conveyor. This feature provides an opportunity to remove payments for control and so forth without violation of logic of work of the line or its stop.
